Description
We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Software Developer based in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, focusing on streamlining and automating business processes. You will have the opportunity to drive innovation and automation that improves both customer and employee experiences.
Responsibilities
Streamline and automate business processes to enhance customer and employee experiences. Stay updated with platform enhancements and emerging trends to drive innovation. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical leadership in project execution, ensuring feasibility and successful implementation. Oversee the design, architecture, build, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Review programs and systems developed by other team members, providing technical expertise and feedback. Mentor entry level staff members to develop their skills and understanding of the platform. Create and maintain technical architecture documentation. Assume additional related duties as assigned.
Skills
Proficiency in Apache Struts, Backend Development, and C++. Experience with Database and EO/IR systems. Familiarity with AB Testing, Ajax, API Development, ASP.NET, and CSS.
Requirements
Proficiency in Apache Struts Extensive experience in Backend Development Strong knowledge of C++ programming language Demonstrated expertise in Database management Familiarity with EO/IR systems Experience with AB Testing techniques Proficiency in Ajax for web development Proven experience in API Development Proficiency in ASP.NET for web applications Strong understanding of CSS for web design
