Establish the strategic vision and direction for a newly implemented ServiceNow platform!Provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow team design, lead and scale out servicesWork with one of Australia s influential banks top places to work Organisation Join one of the biggest Banks and be a part of Bank s Information Technology (IT) department, and experience the capability-building opportunity to work with Australia s most critical core banking and payments platforms. They are based in CBD with flexible hybrid working arrangements 3 days on site Role As a ServiceNow Technical lead you will be leading a newly assembled team to support the on-going enhancements and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. This role reports to the Platform owner and be responsible for: Provide technical leadership to the platform team, offering guidance and expertise.Work closely with the platform manager to establish the strategic vision and direction for the ServiceNow platform and deliver on the platform roadmap.Lead software development, oversee technical aspects, design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow production releases.Ensure architectural controls are in place to deliver the correct technical solutions for business needs.Handle technical escalations, including responding to defects and incidents promptly.Manage platform communications, including documenting changes, release notes, and notifications to impacted teams.Coordinate and maintain knowledge to ensure up-to-date documentation of technical standards and processes.Collaborate with the platform manager to expand the use of ServiceNow as a key business platform throughout the organisation. You Will Have 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administrationStrong technical and solution design experiencePrevious experience leading and managing teamsServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirableStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practicesProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languagesExtensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and otherProven track record of leading and delivering complex ServiceNow projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skills
