Job Description In scope of our customer engagement activities you act together with your team members as first point of contact regarding our Service and Support Framework product portfolio demands (mainly based on ServiceNow Technology). Main tasks and responsibilities: Consult Bosch Digital internal and Bosch Digital external customers independently in regards of Service and Support Framework requirementsAnalyse and manage customer requirements related to our Service and Support Framework with strong focus on ServiceNowCreate high level solution / architecture concepts in strong collaboration with solution architects and developersSupport in first project phases by clearly describing development targets and visions of our customers. You support the development team during implementation by clarifying concept details.Strong collaboration with other stakeholders across all PA-SM TribesResponsible for managing customer demands ende-to-end in our Alliance Qualifications Profile / Qualification: Good experience in working with different ServiceNow modules (e. g. ITMS) including consulting, architecture or development experienceExperiences and Know-How: experiences in customer consulting and engagement activities, experiences in specification of requirements, concept creation and prioritizationExperiences with User Experience methods, in ITSM environment (IT Service Management) and/or (agile) Project ManagementExperience working in an agile environment combined with solid understanding of change management practicesServiceNow CSA certificate is a plusWork behaviour: Highly self-motivated and self-driven with a focus on achieving targetsPersonality: Team player, open-minded, flexible, communicativeLanguages: very good English skills written and spoken, German is a plusEducation: completed degree with a focus on information technology (computer science, etc.) or a comparable qualification Additional Information Benefits: We would like to offer you number of amenities for you and your loved ones.
