The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for defining the architecture and design of the platform to ensure it meets business needs and provides high performance, scalability, and security
Description of the main tasks− Architecture and Design:Design and implementation of the ServiceNow architecture, including the establishment of best practices and standards.Develop architecture roadmaps that take into account future needs and technological developments.
− Implementation and integration:Collaborate with different departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.Plan and manage the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and applications.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources.
− Optimization and maintenance:Continuously review and optimize the ServiceNow platform to improve performance and ease of use.Ensuring platform stability and security through regular updates, patches, and maintenance.
− Consulting and training:Advise stakeholders and technical teams on best practices and best uses of the ServiceNow platform.Conducting training and workshops for users and administrators.
− Documentation and reporting:Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operating procedures.Reporting to management on the progress of projects, challenges and solutions.
Experience− At least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including architecting and implementing solutions.− Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.− Proven experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge and skills− Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Flow Designer).− Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript as well as experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).− Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.− Excellent communication and presentation skills.− Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and work in a dynamic environment.
Certifications− ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).− ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an advantage.− ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for various modules is an advantage
Education− Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
Language skills− English spoken and written− German is an advantage
Additional Comments− Willingness to travel: 10 % - 20%
