Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a specialization in UiPath to join our team in Mexico. This role is crucial for designing and implementing robust automation solutions that meet our client's needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, UiPath RPA, and a strong understanding of cloud services and enterprise application integration.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and efficient UiPath RPA solutions.Utilize Document Understanding (DU) capabilities to enhance automation workflows.Oversee infrastructure design and management, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Integrate enterprise applications seamlessly to support business processes.Leverage cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance solution architecture.Lead and manage agile and scrum methodologies to ensure project success.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.Create and maintain detailed technical documentation.Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on UiPath RPA.Strong knowledge of Document Understanding (DU) and its applications.Expertise in infrastructure design and management.Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.Experience with enterprise application integration.Familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
