Join our client’s ServiceNow expertise team, collaborating with the Solutions and Services team within the client's CISO organization (Cyber and Information Security Office), composed of cyber specialists.
Your role will involve driving the integration of the ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response module as part of a security improvement program.
Job Responsibilities Develop and execute an application roadmap aligned with ServiceNow product evolutions.Organize workshops to capture business requirements.Advise clients on the optimal use of the product, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.Perform functional analysis, translate requirements into user stories, and validate them with stakeholders; serve as the main point of contact during the technical implementation of these user stories, ensuring the use of OOTB functionality.Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, adhering to OOTB functionality. Implement integrations with external sources such as vulnerability scanning tools and data sources.Conduct technical and integration testing for quality assurance.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Create and review technical design documents.Transition solutions to support teams, including creating documentation, support procedures, and catalog items.Prepare update sets for deployments and align releases with the client's bi-weekly release schedule.Provide go-live support.Assist in preparing user training materials.Act as the internal application owner for the SecOps VR application, maintaining it in CMDB, planning and tracking application changes including CAB participation, and participating in problem analysis for SecOps issues.
Required Skills/Experience Relevant experience in ServiceNow projects.Proven track record of working with ServiceNow SecOps modules.Successfully implemented the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module in multiple projects Fluent in spoken and written English (proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus).Certified ServiceNow Administrator and SecOps VR Certification.Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.Proficient in ServiceNow development and scripting, including creating integrations, using business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, and more.Capable of collaborating effectively with end users, technical staff, and management.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
