Position Purpos e: We are looking for a ServiceNow developer to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. This role involves working across various applications, delivering new functionalities, and supporting the entire development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have software development background complemented by training in ServiceNow system administration, scripting, and application creation. Experience in ITSM and ITOM-oriented organizations are essential for this position. Responsibilities Primary duties will include: Design, build, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications based on the business requirements Assist with ServiceNow platform administration activities Assist with ServiceNow platform upgrades and cloning Work with the Technical Lead, Architect and Product Owner to design and develop customizations for ITSM and ITOM applications. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configuration by fixing bugs and identifying and addressing platform inefficiencies Be an active member of incident resolving team, take ownership and resolve incidents with quality, good communication and ownership. Contribute to creating technical documentation of the platform Provide necessary assistance to Architect, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders where necessary: answer all technical questions, estimate the feasibility of requested development and release efforts Qualifications To land this role you will need: You have knowledge of the following ServiceNow products: ITSM Pro, Service Portal, CSM. Knowledge of ITOM, ServiceNow Discovery will be a plus You have experience building various integrations with ServiceNow (data imports from different sources, data processing) Knowledge of LDAP, User Provisioning, IRE, ETL will be a plus You know how to build Web Services integrations such as SOAP and REST, APIs You have previous experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform, including configuring Client-Side development, Server-Side development, workflows, Flow designer (including Integration hub), Virtual Agent You know how to design solutions using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML You enjoy working in a group of ServiceNow enthusiasts and appreciate good working atmosphere in a team you are part of Working environment: Hybrid (2 days from home, 3 days from the office) our Cracow office is located at Mogilska 35 St.
