 Educational Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Mandatory skillsExtensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including solutioning and architecture.Proven experience in setting up SSO using Auth0 or Okta.Strong programming background, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, or other relevant scripting languages.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable
