We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager for an innovative tech company based in Silicon Valley. Tech company provides a distributed, open-source search and analytics engine. As a Product Manager, you will develop and manage the product roadmap for ServiceNow solutions within their organization.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in order to inform additional adjustments in the client's roadmap for ServiceNowDefine product vision, strategy, and requirements for ServiceNow products.Collaborate with sponsors, business analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offeringsCommunicate product updates, progress, and performance to stakeholders and senior management.Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.Drive updates to supporting processes to ensure a better user experience and higher quality dataRecommend additional modules including a business case as to the value to be had as we are ready to build out further and when it makes sense in our evoluti
on.
Qualificati
ons:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Must have 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ServiceNowStrong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and best practices.Knowledge of Confluence and WikiProven track record of managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred but not required.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across t
