We are currently seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with JIRA administration (Remote) to join our team in Oregon (US-OR), United States (US).

The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is primarily responsible for managing the Atlassian product roadmap end-to-end from ideation to implementation and ongoing maintenance. The role will require close engagement with the business users, project teams, vendors and support teams. Responsibilities: Establish overall strategy and roadmap for the Atlassian platform Drive requirement intake and backlog refinement with business stakeholders Drive design workshops with business on product related enhancements/customizations Drive tech debt remediation including upgrades and migration Develop project contracts, wherever required to support roadmap initiatives Manage delivery of implementation or maintenance projects with in-house and/or vendor teams as per the contract Closely work with project managers to develop project or sprint plans as required Conduct/participate in scrum meetings and other project meetings Monitor/Review team member task assignments and project deliverables Review project status reports and assist with impediment resolution Support business owners as required on projects (E.g.

User Acceptance testing) Coordinate with vendors (Atlassian / 3rd Party) on resolution of technical queries Coordinate with stakeholders like Infrastructure, Network, Security etc. for support on-demand. Coordinate demos and trainings for user community as required Collaborate with change/release management on production cutover and project rollout.

Drive seamless transition to support teams Publish project metrics as required - Schedule, Cost, Quality Monitor and manage SLA commitments as per contractual obligations Participate in Executive reviews and governance forums as required Drive continuous improvement and optimization on Atlassian platform through automation Qualifications: 15 years overall IT experience 8 years of hands-on experience working in Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo etc. 5 years' experience in core project management Experience with both On-prem datacenter server and SaaS variants Experience with project management and tracking tools like JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project Experience with Service Management tools like Remedy, ServiceNow, JIRA ServiceDesk. Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology - Scrum/Kanban Excellent communication skills, inter-personal skills including strong facilitation and coordination skills Experience coordinating with third-party vendors Experience with managing large engagements (migration, enhancements etc.) About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
