Description

SAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, Network Operations Team Manager for a team of network engineers and technicians supporting our customer, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) program to oversee a team focused on operational excellence

Job Duties:

• Conducting planned and coordinated network maintenance 
• Break/fix actions
• Service level agreements (SLAs) performance, incident resolution, ticket queue management, 
• Customer service actions and other enterprise network operations activities in the USACE OCIO/G-6 environment, IAW DoD, Army, and USACE O-CIO G6 policies and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree and nine (9)+ years’ related experience; additional four (4) years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports in a technology discipline (engineering, operations, etc.)
• Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise network monitoring, IT service, and team collaboration tools including SolarWinds, ServiceNow, SCOM, Spectrum, SOI, Cisco PI, Ansible, Jira, Confluence, Teams etc.
• Demonstrated competency writing clear technical documents including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbooks, guides, install documents, manuals, etc.
• Experience interacting with Internet Service Providers (ISP) during buildout or troubleshooting outages
• Brand agnostic experience maintaining, upgrading, and fixing network infrastructure hardware and software

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (Security+ CE, CySA+ CE, CASP+, ect.) to be considered for this position

REQUIRED CLEARANCES:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance; SAIC will help to obtain
   
  Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
