Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

• Explore and implement concepts such as ETL, CSDM, data modeling, and AIOps.
• Develop and extend software services within a SaaS ecosystem to simplify cross-enterprise and cross-cloud complexity.
• Demonstrate strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Drive projects to successful completion.
• Utilize ServiceNow development experience with exposure to one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Collaborate effectively within a sophisticated and dynamic environment.

• Join the Cloud Operations team to build services that enhance and expand the ServiceNow implementation.
• Contribute to an engineering team by designing, implementing, testing, and building key features for services running in AWS, Azure, and/or private data centers.

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• B.S. in Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years experience developing and operating enterprise-scale software solutions
• Domain knowledge and programming experience in ITOM
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining services running on Kubernetes
• Love to learn new things, build cool software, and have fun
• Knowledge of software version control systems (e.g., Git) and release management processes

Pay Range:
$52.00 - $57.00/hour
