This position is located in Loveland, CO. 

 

What You Will Do: 

 

  • Work with credit managers to support their business needs 
  • Evaluate emails coming into the shared inboxes, determine the type of request and move to correct folder or forward to correct person/department 
  • Complete customer maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Review and process customer credit applications per policies determined by management dependent on customer Business Unit, ERP systems (SAP S4 and PSFT) and credit system (Side Trade).
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with credit personnel and field staff
  • Know multiple AR/OTC ERPs, related systems and AR processes thoroughly to identify needs and help branches/customers with inquiries, including educating users about new features and functionalities as well as assisting them with proper completion of applications for credit and maintenance requests submitted via SNow
  • Create and update our internal CS software (ServiceNow) with information about issues and as a result of useful discussions with users
  • Escalate issues and resolutions to the appropriate parties by communicating and coordinating with colleagues and various teams as necessary.
  • Acknowledge, resolve, and follow up with branches/customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Assist with cleanup projects as assigned by Supervisor, Credit Support
  • Perform all other related duties as required, in a respectful manner and with a spirit of cooperation with customers and fellow employees to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

 

What You Will Bring: 

 

  • High school diploma is required
  • Five plus years of clerical/administrative experience or formal education through a recognized post-secondary learning institute with four years related experience is preferred
  • Previous credit experience in automated credit environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent customer service skills  
  • Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines, as well as flexibility to perform at high levels in fast paced, ever changing work environment
  • Self-motivated, with ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimum direction
  • Ability to lead by example and work well with others
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools, along with CRM knowledge
  • SAP S4 Hana FI and High Radius CAA experience is a plus

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Salary Range $45,600 - $62,700 annually. This range is estimated for Admin, Credit/Customer Support role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
