- Experience working with Support System Teams in their implementations (ServiceNow, Xmatters, Ticket Systems)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with additional teams + Stakeholders
- Open Minded - Semi Independent

Job Description 

Insight Global is currently seeking an IT Project Manager with 4-5 years of project management experience and a preferred background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have experience working with Support System Teams in their implementations, including but not limited to ServiceNow, Xmatters, and additional ticket systems. The role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment with additional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating an open-minded and semi-independent approach. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to and learn from the team while managing key IT projects.

***Compensation: &80k to $90k a year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
