At GDIT you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and play a meaningful part in improving how agencies operate.HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Using telecom expertise and experience, consult with GDIT’s Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) Team to assist with completion of activities, including, but not limited to:Analyze, maintain, and modify mobile device requests to ensure adherence to operational standards.Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and requests.Monitor telecommunications systems/devices and vendor services.Provide quotes and solutioning for telecommunications services.Provide device activation support.Allocate and analyze costs, process orders and payments, and analyze and rectify billing disputes.Test, modify/adjust, and troubleshoot hardware equipment and telecom billing and invoice issues.Convert telecom service purchase orders to run & maintain and move billing to Asignet (telecoms lifecycle management provider).Submit service disconnects, process final invoices, and close-out accounts.Work closely with carriers to maintain telecom inventory, and provide detailed inventory and data utilization reports to GDIT programs to help them manage costs.Maintain records and prepare detailed reports on system/device operations.Analyze and report telecom spend trends and provide monthly cost input.Assist GDIT’s Enterprise Network Services Team to establish new services, add services to inventory, and process payments.Provide invoice program onboarding into TEM Order Processing for new, disconnected, and upgraded services (wireless and wireline).Provide end-user training on telecom features and functionality, and write and maintain associated Knowledge Base Articles.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Experience in telecom expense management● Location: RemoteGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● Full-flex work week to own your priorities at work and at home● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays
