Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer | ServiceNow for a contract working remotely lasting through December 31, 2024 with an insurance company in Franklin, WI. This is 100% remote.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to join them on a contract, full-time basis. This is a remote position working CST hours. You would be working on the design, development, maintenance, and support of their ITOM solution. Those authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for talent, ensuring a smooth and outstanding experience
- Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for roles across organization
- Source engineering professionals & build a strong network through experienced use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
- Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness
- Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
- Drive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
- 2+ years of ServiceNow ITOM design, development, administration, and support
- 2+ years of CMDB configuration management experience
- Well-versed with Discovery and pettern development, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
- Skilled with JavaScript
- Experience with Flow Designer and UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, and UI Macro
- Good communication skills
- 2+ years ServiceNow development and scripting experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Patterns
- 1+ years of ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management) experience
- APM implementation
- develop Service Catalog items
