A1FED has an immediate opening for a Tester with experience in developing a Test Plan, test cases, scenarios, test data, executing tests, tracking results, working with developers to resolve unexpected results, and facilitating UAT. Experience testing a ServiceNow application and using a Section 508 testing tool are both desired.

Experience and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience implementing IT solutions, including ServiceNow solutions
• 3 years of experience delivering cloud solutions for large organizations
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, testing working code each sprint
• Experience creating test data, test cases, scenarios/scripts, tracking test results, collaborating with team members to resolve unexpected results, and facilitating UAT
• Skills writing automated scripts desired
• Strong working knowledge of large, complex IT environments
• U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a Permanent Resident Card
• Must reside in United States (U.S.). Work must be performed in the United States (U.S.)
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance by submitting paperwork rapidly on request and submitting information for a commercial background check prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Responsible for writing Test Plan and getting customer approval, developing and managing test cases for each role, organizing into test scenarios/scripts, executing tests, tracking and reporting results, resolving and retesting, facilitating user acceptance testing, and other testing related work
• Develop scripts based on user stories and exit criteria
• Test data migration from legacy system to new system
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and update progress on a daily basis
• Assist in troubleshooting/resolving issues during configuration, testing, and release
• Ensure the final product observes the program's quality standards.
• Provide updates on test status, test progress, product quality, and process quality.
