Description

SAIC has an opportunity for a Fully Remote, Mobility Engineer to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program.

NOTE: This is a 100% virtual / work from home / remote position located anywhere in the CONUS. 

The USACE RITS contract will provide modern and secure enterprise-wide IT support services to approximately 37,000 USACE customers located throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. Services will support the mission needs of USACE’s Headquarters (HQs) located in Washington, D.C., nine Divisions and 43 Districts, to include over 1,500 field and area project offices and two data centers that are currently located in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Hillsboro, Oregon. 

:

• Responsible for managing Enterprise MDM environment - BlackBerry UEM

• Provide escalated support to customers on high-level issues or requests on iOS and/or Android mobile devices 

• Set up policies and rules within an MDM environment to adhere to DoD STIG requirements

• Write, Review and Update technical solution articles, user documentation and training materials.

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on tickets, open projects and outstanding issues.

• Monitor and update ServiceNow ticketing queue.

Qualifications

Required Education And Experience:

• Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree 

• Experience with Enterprise MDM (Mobile Device Management) Environment - preferably BlackBerry UEM

• Experience with managing iOS and Android mobile devices

• Experience writing technical solution articles, user documentation and training materials

• Experience with DoD policies & procedures - relating to an MDM environment

• Experience with Apple Business Manager 

• Experience with ticketing queue software

Required Certifications:  

• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT II compliance certification (Security+ CE or greater), prior to hire 

Required Clearance:  

• Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain 

• Must be a current US Citizen 

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
