Job Summary: The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration, along with relevant certifications and training. This role requires in-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow components and a commitment to enhancing our IT service management capabilities. This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Manage ServiceNow components including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Release Management. Ensure the effective integration of ServiceNow with other systems and platforms. Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. ITIL 4 Certification is required. Demonstrable knowledge of ServiceNow deployment, implementation, and integration. Strong understanding of ServiceNow components such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Release Management. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Additional ServiceNow certifications or training in specific modules. Experience with ServiceNow scripting and development. Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices
