CyberArk Engineer /ServiceNow Workflow

*Title:* CyberArk Engineer w/ServiceNow Workflow Exp *Location :* Remote CyberArk Engineer is responsible for working with the engineering and application teams to discover privileged accounts in the environment, identifying service accounts and application accounts that are not in CyberArk, and onboard them into CyberArk, build connection components (PSM), build password management plug-ins (CPM). This resource is also responsible for building ServiceNow Workflows. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with CyberArk platform and ServiceNow Workflows. *Responsibilities:* * Discover privileged accounts in the environment. Identifying service accounts and application accounts that are not in CyberArk. Onboard these accounts in CyberArk, build connection components (PSM), build password management plug-ins (CPM). * Collaborate with business units and engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and designs for PAM systems and processes. * Conduct interviews and collect pertinent information from applications, services, and teams to prepare for CyberArk onboarding activities * Perform configuration, customizations, and deployment of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large scale customers * Perform CyberArk PAM installation and upgrades. * Set up platforms and test connection for the application portion as well as Service IDs needing to be password managed * Work with infrastructure support groups (OS/Network/Antivirus/AD/SIEM/Patching) to troubleshoot installation/upgrade issues. * Work with application teams for application onboarding for password management using CP, CCP and Conjur. * Work with infrastructure teams (Windows/Network/Mainframe/ Databases/Applications) to gather information for platform and account onboarding. * Perform account onboarding. * Perform application integration assessments and advise on integration options. * Integrate various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices. * Manage the onboarding of accounts into CyberArk, adhering to a logical design framework Work with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance. * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Workflows * Create ServiceNow workflow process for intake/resolution *Required Skills:* * 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Identity Management solutions, and Access Management solutions * 5+ years of experience working with CyberArk including hands-on experience with account and safe management, CyberArk administration and configuration, management and troubleshooting of the various CyberArk Privileged Access Management components. * Experience or demonstrable knowledge of the ServiceNow Workflow Editor * Hands-on experience with implementation and administration of CyberArk’s secret management technologies such as Credential Provider, Secrets Hub and Conjur * Excellent experience using CyberArk core objects and functionalities – Safes, Accounts, Platforms, Templates, Directory Mapping, Master Policy, Dual Control, Exclusive use, Account usage, password change, reconcile and verify. * Experience with AIM/AAM Credential provider, Central Credential provider, Application Server Credential Provider, Conjur deployment and troubleshooting. * Experience with Privileged Access Management principles, best practices, and technologies * Knowledge and understanding of APIs, specifically RESTful APIs, and familiarity with service-oriented architecture and web services integration. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment * Security Policy, Risk and Governance experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing and presentation skills * CyberArk certification (defender, sentry, or CDE) a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Identity Management solutions, Access Managemen: 10 years (Preferred) * CyberArk administration and configuration ,troubleshooting: 7 years (Preferred) * ServiceNow Workflow Editor: 7 years (Preferred) * with AIM/AAM Credential provider,: 7 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * CyberArk (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
