ITSM (ServiceNow) Project Manager

*Minimum requirements:*
* Prior experience as a PM in ITSM implementation.
* Prior experience in higher education projects.
* At least 5 years of successful ITSM ServiceNow implementation experience as a Project Manager.
*Role*: ITSM (ServiceNow) Project Manager
*Location*: Position is for 100% remote but local candidates can work onsite (Chicago)
*Length*: 6 months with the possibility for extension.
*Job requirements:*
* The PM will manage the ITSM implementation project (ServiceNow) scheduled for approximately Spring 2025 Go Live and beyond.
* Higher education experience is required (not necessarily as a PM).
* Must have experience as an ITSM project manager.
* Must have at least 5 years total as a project manager and worked on multiple ITSM (ServiceNow) implementations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
