*Position: ServiceNow SAM Expert*
*Location: Southington CT-Hybrid- 3 days office and 2 days remote.*
*Type: Contract*

*Must have: ITAM, CMDB, Asset Management., Workflow Designer, Data analytics, PowerShell and python and integration hub, discovery schedule Management. *
*Software asset Management resource*
· ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
· Software normalization experience
· Tracking of software usage
· Experience in understanding licenses and entitlements.
· Reporting compliance
· Managing reclamations
· Monitoring renewals
· Dashboard reporting
· Proactive, problem solving and resourceful.
*ServiceNow Flow Designer/Developer*
· Advanced capabilities in building workflows using flow designer.
· Advanced capabilities in reporting and dashboarding with in ServiceNow
· Skilled at error handling
· Quality control and understands user impact and experience
· Build catalog items and supporting workflows.
· Can assess and perform impact analysis on workflows.
*ServiceNow ITOM expert –*
· Skilled a building new integration to data sources
· Optimizes IRE and CMDB 360 capabilities for the highest quality results in multi-sourcing
· Understand discovery patterns and best practices and reporting on performance.
· Uses workspaces robustly to govern the environment
· Uses cloud discovery to report real time on cloud resources.
· Understands the dynamic state of cloud and proper presentation of the ephemeral resources
· Understands relationships between CI and establishing recommended and measuring compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
