*Overview:*
Integritypro Consulting is seeking a skilled and motivated *ServiceNow Business Analyst* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, with experience working in an Agile environment. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate testing, and ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
* Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
* Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artifacts for ServiceNow projects.
* Facilitate and lead requirements gathering sessions, design discussions, and testing activities.
* Support the testing process, including writing test cases, executing tests, and coordinating UAT.
* Conduct training sessions and create detailed user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new functionalities.
* Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules as needed.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure alignment of project goals.
* Continuously assess and improve existing ServiceNow processes to enhance system performance and business value.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* *3+ years of experience* working in an Agile environment with demonstrated expertise in requirements development, testing, training, and documentation.
* *ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator* (CSA) certification is required.
* *Certified Scrum Master (CSM)* or *ICA Agile Certified Professional (ICP)* certification is required.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience working with ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
* Experience developing process flows and data models for ServiceNow solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
