This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer goals, and managing effective collaboration between all stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*
_Program Management:_
* Lead ServiceNow projects from start to finish, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
* Manage program governance, decision-making, and project schedules.
_Customer Success:_
* Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact, guiding customers on their ServiceNow journey to achieve strategic business outcomes.
_Accelerating Time to Value:_
* Use program management expertise to expedite project execution, ensuring rapid results and team alignment.
_Risk Management:_
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, tracking and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
_Scope & Cost Management:_
* Manage project scope to prevent creep, align deliverables with business value, and maintain budget control.
_Team Leadership:_
* Foster a high-performing team by promoting efficiency and collaboration across all stakeholders.
_Knowledge Transfer & Project Closeout:_
* Ensure a seamless handover upon project completion, including knowledge transfer, operational transition, and customer control.
*Qualifications*
* Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation Certification, and PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
* Proven expertise in ServiceNow Implementation Methodology and program management.
* Extensive experience in ServiceNow projects, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions.
* Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills.
* Proficiency in managing complex, outcome-focused projects.
* Ability to build trust and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
