We are currently using JIRA, it isn't working out. This is a big change for us. Infra team has approval to implement ServiceNow. We are going with MSP to implement it we want to make sure we have a PM on our time to manage change management, finances, keep people on track. Haven't started the implementation yet, we want to get a PM in place before it starts. Current team, we have people on the IT infra service desk side that is working with them. These people will be configuring and support the help desk area. This will be opened up to the whole business because everyone in the org will use it to submit tickets. There is some level of scope laid out to get the funding request, but this person will have to look at that to make sure we are all aligned, requirements gathering, get on the same timelines, etc.
Duration: should be about 6 months, but there should be room for extension as we add more models on ServiceNow. Right now we are just implementing ServiceNow for Service Desk. Will be run more waterfall, Agile experience doesn't hurt as our other product teams are moving in that direction.

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour
