Job Title : ServiceNow Cloud Discovery Architect
Location : Remote
Duration : Long Term
*Description:*
· 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery architecture and implementation.
· 3+ years of experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Proven experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow CMDB and aligning with CSDM and ITOM frameworks.
·Solid understanding of cloud-native services, networking, security, and governance in cloud environments.
Technical Skills:
·Deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, including cloud discovery probes, sensors, and patterns.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), their APIs, and tools for cloud resource management.
· Strong understanding of CMDB data models, relationships, and best practices for cloud asset management.
· Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM processes and modules.
·Familiarity with scripting and automation using JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
* Certifications: *
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery is a plus.
· AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are desirable.
