*Required Qualifications:*
* *Citizenship:*
* U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or EAD Holder with at least 2 years of U.S. residency (required for clearance processing).
* *Certifications:*
* ServiceNow Admin
* ServiceNow Developer
* *Experience:*
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including:
* *ServiceNow Platform:* Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), workflows, UI pages, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, ACLs, notifications, reports, and performance analytics.
* *ITSM Modules:* Expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Asset Management.
* *Integration:* Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services for external system integration.
* *Upgrades:* Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade processes and best practices.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions tailored to business requirements.
* Customize workflows, forms, and reports to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and web services.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize ServiceNow performance.
* Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
* Collaborate with business analysts, system administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Ensure adherence to federal security standards and guidelines.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
*Additional Information:*
* This is a remote, long-term position supporting a federal project.
* Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
