*About the Role:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect with expertise in implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. The ideal candidate will hold the Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance certification and possess a proven track record of successful ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
MUST HAVE EACH OF THE 3 ITEMS BELOW. THIS IS REQUIRED. ALL 3.
1 - MUST BE A VERY SENIOR LEVEL ServiceNow Developer/Architect
2 - MUST BE a Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance… (\*\*need this specific certification, not just any cert.\*\*)
3 - MUST HAVE strong GRC/IRM implementation experience
HUGE PLUS if someone has CAM Implementation experience… but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance GRC/IRM functionality.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for risk and compliance management.
Implement automation to streamline risk assessments, policy management, and compliance monitoring.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the quality and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features, recommending enhancements to optimize processes.
Conduct user training and create documentation to support the adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance is mandatory.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
Strong expertise in implementing and configuring GRC/IRM modules within ServiceNow.
Proficient in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs for advanced customization and integration.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools for project management.
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $59.00 - $60.00 per hour
