Responsibilities
The Program Manager will be responsible and accountable for ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations to our customers. They will own the customer relationship, manage the delivery team, and ensure the successful execution of the contract. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain responsibility for identifying and mitigating risks to all aspects of the contract.
Analyze non-technical aspects of the contract and project management, including budgets, resources, and schedules.
Manage, monitor, and measure the quality and effectiveness of the tasks being delivered to the customer.
Ensure high quality products are delivered and adhere to requirements.
Establish staff retention practices for qualified resources to help minimize turnover and retain domain knowledge, reduce costs, and ensure contract stability.
Manage projects using agile and project management methodologies and best practices.
Develop financial estimates and other financial models for project, as necessary.
Manage and motivate project teams, plan work assignments and schedules, and ensure deliverables are completed on time with high quality and within budget.
Maintain accountability to customer leadership for project delivery and direction.
Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, senior management and contacts. Communicate project status to identified stakeholders through routine status reports and meetings.
Where appropriate, coordinate vendor activities to ensure project success.
Requirements
US Citizenship required.
Must have 10+ years of program management experience
Must have 3+ years experience managing ServiceNow implementations for Federal Government clients
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear messages to all management levels.
Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills using innovative thinking.
Experience with standard project management tools, methodologies and frameworks.
Experience in managing large-scale projects.
