*Qualifications:*
We are looking for highly motivated, intelligent individuals with a proven track record of excellence in previous roles. Ideal candidates will have:
\*\* candidates in Tampa, FL preferred but not required. Travel to Tampa, FL headquarters may be required at minimum once a quarter. \*\*
* 10+ years of experience in technology.
* At least 6 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 2+ years as an administrator.
* Proven ability to independently identify issues, propose solutions, plan, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience building and presenting solutions to senior management.
* ServiceNow certifications or equivalent industry experience:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
* ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with team members to achieve common objectives.
* US Citizenship required by our customer base; no dual citizenship permitted.
