Qualifications:
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB management.
• Strong understanding of network protocols such as SNMP, WMI, SSH.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and ceremonies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s advanced features such as CMDB, Service Mapping, and automated discovery tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
