*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Platform Architecture & Design*:
* Define and implement the architecture for the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
* Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions tailored to organizational requirements.
* Develop integration strategies with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and HR systems).
* *Leadership & Collaboration*:
* Act as the technical leader for the ServiceNow team, providing guidance on best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
* *Development & Customization*:
* Oversee the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and processes.
* Ensure all development aligns with the established architecture and security standards.
* *Governance & Standards*:
* Establish ServiceNow governance and ensure compliance with platform best practices.
* Define and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design standards.
* *Optimization & Innovation*:
* Identify opportunities to optimize the platform and drive innovation through new features or tools.
* Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and functionalities.
*Required Qualifications:*
* *Experience*: 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architect-level responsibilities.
* *Certifications*:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.)
* *Technical Expertise*:
* Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).
* Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
* Strong understanding of integration tools like REST, SOAP, and Middleware.
* Familiarity with cloud architecture, security, and infrastructure concepts.
* *Soft Skills*:
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
