*Key Responsibilities*
* *Sales Strategy and Execution:*
* Identify and target prospects for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and related solutions.
* Develop tailored sales strategies to address client pain points.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
* *Client Engagement:*
* Conduct discovery sessions to understand client IT processes and challenges.
* Deliver customized presentations and solution demos to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
* Build lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster future sales opportunities.
* *Collaboration with Technical Teams:*
* Work closely with pre-sales engineers and technical consultants to deliver client-centric solutions.
* Facilitate smooth handovers to implementation teams for project delivery.
* *Market Research and Insights:*
* Monitor ServiceNow industry trends, updates, and competitor activities.
* Explore new markets and expand the client base.
* *Reporting and Documentation:*
* Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems.
* Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts.
*Required Skills and Qualifications*
* *Experience:*
* 4–5 years of experience in IT software sales, particularly in ServiceNow solutions.
* Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
* *Technical Knowledge:*
* Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
* Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* *Sales Acumen:*
* Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
* Experience in enterprise sales and managing complex deals.
* *Communication Skills:*
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Skilled at delivering presentations and building rapport with clients.
