- Design scalable, robust, and innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and technical requirements. Guide the architecture and implementation of core ITSM processes, custom applications, and integrations.
- Provide deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM.
- Stay up to date with new features, functionalities, and best practices in ServiceNow.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure that solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth operation across platforms.
- Ensure all ServiceNow solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement access controls, encryption, and other security measures as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all customizations, configurations, and workflows. Provide training and support to end-users and other developers as necessary.
- Monitor the performance and health of the ServiceNow platform, identifying and resolving any issues proactively to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Advanced/Specialized Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS)
Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
