Focus areas of the project are Core System setup, CMDB, ITSM (all areas), Discovery, light employee center, light mobile, light Service Mapping and light CSM.
* Assist in providing technical guidance during workshops
* Assist in creation and refinement of stories
* Assist with the configure of the platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices
* Assist with the facilitation, definition and alignment of current processes toward improvement and provide recommended ServiceNow best practices together with Customer process owners, key Customer sponsors and stakeholders
* Advise the Product Owners throughout the Engagement in Story creation and refinement, ranking, adherence to the desired process outcomes, and future roadmap plans
* Provide guidance on ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices and assist with the detailed design and implementation phases of Engagements through recommendations, points of view and documentation
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
