*Responsibilities:*
* Design scalable, robust solutions to optimize ServiceNow platform functionality.
* Work across teams (e.g., IT, security, and third-party vendors) to ensure successful integration and module deployment.
* Mentor junior architects and foster growth in ServiceNow expertise across the organization.
* Define best practices for workflow automation and process optimization.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to create solutions for complex, non-digital workflows, enhancing efficiency and automation.
*Qualifications:*
* Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with expertise across multiple modules.
* Proven ability to mentor and grow architectural talent.
* Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, and workflow automation.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Industry experience (e.g., retail) not required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $85.00 per hour
