*Position Overview:*
Arthrocyber is seeking a *ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Lead (Senior)* to join our *Cybersecurity Engineering Team* in Washington, DC. This full-time position supports a U.S. Government civilian agency and offers an immediate start for qualified candidates with the required background clearance.
The ideal candidate will serve as a *primary ServiceNow Developer* and *secondary ServiceNow Administrator*, spearheading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. This role involves workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.
As part of a dynamic team, you'll help optimize and automate tools for enterprise-wide impact, reporting directly to the Engineering Team Lead.
*Responsibilities:*
* Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow.
* Customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and customized forms to meet client needs.
* Utilize JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting, leveraging ServiceNow APIs.
* Manage ServiceNow architecture, security models, version control, update sets, and application deployment.
* Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Follow Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to enhance development cycles.
*Required Qualifications:*
* *7+ years* of ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules.
* Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
* Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security practices, and best practices.
* Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment.
* Familiarity with web services integration (REST, SOAP).
* Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
*Preferred Skills & Certifications:*
* Experience with Agile Development, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response modules.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
* Relevant certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
