*Job Summary*
seeking a Senior Manager within their ServiceNow/ITSM department to lead and elevate key ITSM/ITOM practices. This opportunity is based in Bridgewater, requiring an in-office presence of three days per week as you will be working closely with your team.
In this role, you'll drive governance and strategic direction for critical ServiceNow processes, including Problem, Incident, and Change Management. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive ServiceNow experience (ideally within the Product/Platform Owner space) ITIL certification, and a proven ability to innovate within complex, fast-paced environments. You'll collaborate with global teams to enhance the end-user experience, champion automation, and manage the ITSM roadmap to ensure operational excellence.
This role will be managing a team of 5 experienced employees, so you will need to bring strong management skills. The ideal person for this position will be someone who can develop their staff, is collaborative, and listens to suggestions and recommendations. Your past experience will have seen you develop and nurture a team to bring out the best in them.
Your role will have a global reach and you'll be effecting real change within the business. You'll bring strong ITIL skills to the business and have picked up some battle scars with ServiceNow implementations. You'll need to know the ITSM side of the platform like the back of your hand, and ideally you will need to have a good few years' experience of ITOM under your belt.

* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
* Manage the product backlog by prioritizing features based on business value and customer feedback.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment on product goals.
* Develop user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
* Analyze product performance metrics using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
* Create test cases and coordinate testing efforts to ensure product quality before release.
* Utilize project management software such as VersionOne to track progress and facilitate agile methodologies.
* Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs for future enhancements.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services, particularly AWS.
* Familiarity with APIs and their integration into software products.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
* Proficiency in project management software, particularly VersionOne or similar tools.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Experience in sales or understanding of sales processes is a plus.
* Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
