Position: ServiceNow SAM Expert
Location: Southington CT-*Hybrid- 3 days office and 2 days remote. *
*Mandatory Skills: "SAM Pro", "ITOM", "CMDB", "ServiceNow Flow Designer/Developer"*

*Software asset Management resource*
* ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
* Software normalization experience
* Tracking of software usage
* Experience in understanding licenses and entitlements.
* Reporting compliance
* Managing reclamations
* Monitoring renewals
* Dashboard reporting
* Proactive, problem solving and resourceful.
*ServiceNow Flow Designer/Developer*
* Advanced capabilities in building workflows using flow designer.
* Advanced capabilities in reporting and dashboarding with in ServiceNow
* Skilled at error handling
* Quality control and understands user impact and experience
* Build catalog items and supporting workflows.
* Can assess and perform impact analysis on workflows.
*ServiceNow ITOM expert –*
* Skilled a building new integration to data sources
* Optimizes IRE and CMDB 360 capabilities for the highest quality results in multi-sourcing
* Understand discovery patterns and best practices and reporting on performance.
* Uses workspaces robustly to govern the environment
* Uses cloud discovery to report real time on cloud resources.
* Understands the dynamic state of cloud and proper presentation of the ephemeral resources
* Understands relationships between CI and establishing recommended and measuring compliance.
