ServiceNow SME with 5+ years of ServiceNow development
Hands-on experience with ITSM and HRSD (3+ years).
Exposure to ITOM and ITAM.
CSA or CAD (Required)
CTA or CMA (Preferred)
ServiceNow/ Teams Integration
Need ITSM and/ or HRSD modules, specifically Employee Service Management (Employee Center).
Must have prior experience integrating M365 into ServiceNow.
Virtual Agent will be required to use out-of-the-box (OOTB) topics.
Must know how to design Virtual Agent flow.
Need experience with Notify Connector for integration not done using Virtual agent.
Experience with Microsoft Teams Graph spoke and Microsoft Teams Communication spoke.
high expertise in Microsoft Azure portal (self-configure app) (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
LDAP, JDBC, SOAP, REST API, SAML, OKTA
ServiceNow/ Jira Integration
Experience with bidirectional Jira integration.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub.
Strong experience with Basic Authentication and management/ creation of API tokens.
Strong experience with OAuth Authentication.
Experience with Jira spoke.
Experience with Jira Software Cloud Integration profile
Experience using Exalate App (recommended)
Experience working in Agile development environments
SDLC and Agile delivery

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
