Job Summary
We are seeking an Infra Development Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companies success and positively impact society. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the development and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM modules ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Provide technical expertise in Finance & Accounting to integrate financial processes with ServiceNow ITSM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability and efficiency.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration to enhance system capabilities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ServiceNow ITSM development activities.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow ITSM and Finance & Accounting.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all development activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Demonstrate extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and configuration.
Exhibit strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles and practices.
Showcase excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Display effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions.
Show proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.
Have experience with Agile development methodologies.
Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
Certifications Required
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification

The annual salary for this position is between $86,000.00 – $101,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
