Excelraise, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client*s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies.
Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a ServiceNow Developer (Remote) with our direct client in Raleigh, NC.
This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it. This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management(CSM) application and IT Service Management (ITSM) application projects using ServiceNow. The applicant requires senior-level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs. Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
Experience required:
Experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting.
Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Ability to estimate software development efforts.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
