*Overview:*
IntegrityPro Consulting is looking for an experienced *ServiceNow Project Manager* to lead ServiceNow implementation and development projects. The successful candidate will manage multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery of client-focused ServiceNow solutions. The role demands a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, and effective project management skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ensuring on-time, within scope, and budget delivery.
* Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, overseeing both internal teams and client stakeholders.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, identifying risks, and ensuring issue resolution.
* Implement Agile and Scrum practices to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met.
* Facilitate change management processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
* Ensure alignment with best practices in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
*Required Qualifications:*
* *5+ years of experience* working with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and configuration.
* *5+ years of experience* leading project teams, managing complex ServiceNow or IT-related projects.
* Proven track record in *Program Management*, handling multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
* *PMP (Project Management Professional)* or equivalent project management certification.
* *ICAgile Certified* or *Certified Scrum Master (CSM)* certification.
* Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks, ITIL practices, and how they apply to ServiceNow implementations.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience in managing global, large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
* Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules (e.g., HR Service Delivery, IT Operations Management, IT Asset Management).
* Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
