Job Title: *ServiceNow AI Search Expert*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow AI Search Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing AI Search solutions within the ServiceNow platform to enhance search capabilities and improve user experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Implement AI Search Solutions:* Configure and deploy AI Search features across various ServiceNow applications, including Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Employee Center.
* *Optimize Search Relevancy:* Continuously improve search relevancy by analyzing user behavior, tuning search algorithms, and implementing machine learning models.
* *Content Indexing:* Define and manage searchable content, ensuring comprehensive indexing of internal and external data sources.
* *User Experience Enhancement:* Customize search interfaces and results presentation to provide intuitive and actionable search experiences.
* *Analytics and Monitoring:* Utilize analytics tools to monitor search performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to align AI Search solutions with business goals.
* *Training and Support:* Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on AI Search functionalities and best practices.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* *Experience:* Minimum of 10+ experience with ServiceNow including 3 years of hands-on experience with AI Search or similar search technologies.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in configuring and managing ServiceNow AI Search, knowledge of machine learning concepts, and experience with data indexing and search algorithms.
* *Analytical Skills:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* *Certifications:* ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and multilingual search.
* Familiarity with integrating external content sources into ServiceNow AI Search.
* Knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
