*Job Description: *
* We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in operations or consulting to help the development of our Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, provide strategic guidance, and support our complex operational activities. They will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow and Workday. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a Project Manager (PM), acting as an independent contributor and SME, actively participating in execution. This role involves creating a plan and implementing updates to internal procedures and end-user guides, while critically thinking about the impact of improvements on the big picture process.
* Act as a Project Manager for the development and implementation of the S2P process.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow and Workday, providing strategic advice and guidance.
* Support and advise on BAU activities in strategic sourcing, risk management, and contracting departments.
* Document and optimize process flows, ensuring alignment with best practices.
* Analyze complex problems and provide critical insights to drive decision-making.
* Review and interpret data to extract actionable insights.
* Create and deliver high-impact presentations using PowerPoint.
* Utilize advanced process mapping tools like Visio to document and improve processes.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Create a plan and implement updates to internal procedures and end-user guides, while critically thinking about the impact of improvements to the big picture process.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results.
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of S2P processes.
* Proven ability to review data and extract meaningful insights.
* Experience in strategic sourcing, risk management, and contracting.
* Experience in creating and updating internal procedures and end-user guides
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Demonstrated experience in an advisory or leadership role.
* Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results.
* Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
