Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Process Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and the ability to design, implement, and optimize workflows on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs, defining requirements, and delivering tailored ServiceNow solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Process Assessment and Design: Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and document optimized ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives. Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and related documentation. ServiceNow Implementation: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to implement the designed processes. Develop and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. Ensure the implemented solutions meet client requirements and deliver intended outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide expert advice on process optimization. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Facilitate change management and user adoption activities, including training and support. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances, ensuring high availability and performance. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices to continuously enhance solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation for process designs, configurations, and customizations. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into process performance and key metrics. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and deliverables. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management and process consulting. Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and implementation of ITSM modules. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
