*Job Location : Austin , TX (Remote)*
*Job Type : FullTime*
* *Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM, with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.*
* *Good knowledge of CMDB and its associated process, OOB class structure, CSDM process.*
* *Overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including building new applications, Integrations & enhancing existing applications.*
* *Work on Solution Design for new requirements\\ Integrations, suggest recommendations and best practices.*
* *Identify any gaps in existing solutions, suggest and work on improvements.*
* *Guide\\Mentor team members.*
* *Exposure of having worked in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.*
* *Good stakeholder management and communication skills.*
* *Certified in CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, ITIL Certified*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
