Job duties:
Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
Customizing the User Interface for Incident, Problem and Change Management to monitor the requests that automate and audit the Business process.
Design, Develop and support custom Electronic-Bonding (EBonding) integrations between ServiceNow platform and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs. Customize the core system using business rules, Client scripts, Script includes.
Responsible for migrating Agile Development application to v2 and customizing stories and defects forms as per the business requirements.
Work on creating scheduled jobs and workflows that uses Email Notifications to send
communication from the system to the various teams in the organization.
Created various Business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and script includes managing the entire lifecycle of a system application from creation to deployment.
Responsible for user management in creating Users, Groups and Access Control Lists (ACLs) and support related to the ServiceNow platform.
Using Update sets to move the customizations from lower environment to higher environment by participating in the full software development lifecycle methodology.
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow Platform by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. Lead and coordinate with customer technical and functional support.
Programming with server and client-side scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML etc
Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
