Job Description
The ServiceNow Senior Developer is a technical resource that possesses administration capability and the ability to design, build, and customize ServiceNow platform applications and services. The developer works across applications, delivers new functionality and innovative solutions, and supports the entire development lifecycle. The Application developer has an extensive software development background that will be enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application creation in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Design and implement new ServiceNow platform applications and servicesReviewing request for development and determining the technical designDeveloping scripts / code to meet business requirements of the requestPerforming the initial testing and releasing code for UATProvide maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications
Hands on experience of 6+ years in ServiceNow developmentExperience in JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML, Ajax, CSSConfigure and improve core and custom applicationsConfiguration of ServiceNow platform, including the creation of workflows, UI design, ACL and business rules - RequiredConfigure and maintain Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Formatters, Client side and Service side Scripting - RequiredExperience creating customer facing portals (Good hands-on Experience, Developing Service portals) - RequiredDevelop ServiceNow reports and dashboards (PA)Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systemsRESTful API Integrations - RequiredHands-on on Now mobile applications or any new modules to Service Now is a plus (not required)Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulnessServiceNow System Administrator certification - RequiredCertified Implementation Specialist Certification - RecommendedServiceNow Application developer certification - RecommendedExperience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production.
