Job Description
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform, Upgrade, Patching Integrations Virtual Agent Citizen Development. Should be familiar with agile methodology. Should have good communication skills. Excellent communication, verbal and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills and focus. Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
